We don’t provide return facility for any item after it is sold irrespective of the fact whether the product was intended or not for purchase by the customer, as long as the product description matches with the actual product supplied and is free from any manufacturing defect and is not damaged in transit. If the product supplied does not match with the product specifications mentioned on the website at the time of product ordering, then we will accept the return request. If there is any manufacturing defect in the product, then too we accept the return request. If the product was damaged in transit before it was accepted by the customer, then too we accept returns. But the material should be in proper conditions and should not be damaged or tampered with or altered in anyway. Our refund policy is 15 Days. Customer has to inform Relygn within 15 days of receipt of order, otherwise the product shall be deemed accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be issued.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for some other item, generally such requests are not entertained. In some special situations it might be allowed.
